PACE Programme 2016

The SPARK PACE© (Parent And Children Empowerment) Programme is a psycho-educational and life-skills programme for ADHD children and their parents. It is made possible through a collaboration between SPARK and Glenn Lim Consultancy.

A one-of-a-kind programme, it works with both parents and their ADHD children simultaneously over a progressive ‘journey’ stretching 12 weeks. The programme employs a coaching-type approach to equip both parents and their children with useful skills to improve communication, build healthy relationships, and improve self regulation to improve ADHD behaviour.
