Synopsis : While it is widely accepted that exercise is good for our physical health and moods, little is known about how exercise can improve the condition of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). Through this sharing, our speaker will reveal how exercise can transform the brain of a person with ADHD. Building on a clear understanding of the benefits of exercise, tips on how to weave movement and exercise into a our daily schedule will be shared. Also, he will share how an effective daily exercise routine can ease the disruptive behavior that can often plague the life of a person with ADHD. Last but not least, we have also invited a panel of parents to share their own experience witnessing how exercise and sports have made a difference in the lives of their ADHD children.
