Notice is hereby given that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Society for the Promotion of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Research and Knowledge (SPARK), will be held as follows :

AGM AGENDA :
1. To confirm the Minutes of the 3rd AGM held on 1 March 2003
2. To receive the President’s Report for 2003
3. To receive the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31 Dec 2003
4. To pass the proposed amendments to the Constitution (for registration of the Society as a charity organization) – please see attached
5. To elect the Executive Committee for April 2004 – March 2005
6. To elect a new (replacement) Auditor for 2004
7. Any other business.
